  Another fun thing to do with your Pendulum.
When in a quandry. Take a piece of paper; in each corner, write down your options, as you see them; include 'other'. Holding the pendant in the middle of the page, ask it to show you which one is for your highest good. {wonder of a child ... I wonder ?} On back side, write down pertinent questions for yes/no clarification. Do the Balance, Intention, Release, Grounding exercise; leaning towards the indicated option, releasing all else. How do you feel ?
I have released resistance (mind/body) in a very short amount of time, with this method.

  The trick here, is that you ‘know’ right away if your energies are crossed, because you will not be able to hold your balance. That's okay; you are exactly where you need to be. You WILL feel the truth of YOU.
You are right in the thick of it, learning ‘feet on’.
Return to balanced, grounding, 'intention; release & receive Source'.
Settle on ankles; rise & settle; release excess energy.
Focus on breath & then try the exercise again.
Sometimes, we just ‘don’t feel’ like doing it.
This is because what you are feeling is not for you.
Best time to do these exercises, to switch how you feel.
This is the whole point of these.

Variations you can try:
Balanced Mind, Body & Spirit
+ Strengthening.
Balanced on 1 Leg, core engaged: Easy & Gentle.
- rotate upper body back to one side, centre, then the other.
- shoulders rotations backwards & frontwards.
- arms at varying height, opening to the back & and hugging to the front.
- neck rolls* {*Try with both feet on floor, first.)
- touch ear towards shoulder, back to centre; both sides.*
- settle down onto ankles & gently back up. {squats}
- 1 leg, toes pointed to front, draw a half circle with your toes out to side and back, bring leg back to front.
- toes pointed, gently lift leg up & down in front.
- toes pointed, gently lift leg up & down in back.
- toes pointed, gently lift leg up sideways, back to centre.
- gently lift knee up towards chest, release and flow right through to the back fluidly, back to centre.

This takes a very high level of trust and focus on ‘relaxing and letting’. Ensure you are fully Balanced upon your breath; do the standing on one foot balanced breathing exercises, do them 'well'; before attempting this. If it is to release something, it is indeed, time well spent.
Another method is to (standing) SCREAM it all out.
You need to 'know that feeling of balance and surrender'.
Even as it is happening, your focus is on your breath and the bottom of your feet.
Balanced and relaxed with your breathing.  Trusting.
Intending throughout as required. Whatever you need to say; say it. Invoke for your greatest good.
KNOW that you can simply STOP at any time.

     

For releasing aches and pains/something big that is stuck, similar to screaming.
ANYTHING that happens for you is PERFECT.
It may take multiple releases over a few days, uncovering to release the root of it, like peeling layers off of an onion.

Follow your intuition, here, Do NOT force anything. Source is gentle; and will give you what you can handle on any given day, for your highest JOY.
Do not loose sight of the bigger picture, for your highest good, even if a few moments have the illusion of being chaotic. The sooner you can move to 'balance of flow', the sooner you feel better. You always control this.
